25g butter, melted $0.20
2 Teaspoon honey $0.40

Per meal

Preheat oven to 180C. Add the chicken to a baking dish with half oil and toss to coat, then arrange skin-side up in a single layer. Season with salt and squeeze over the juice of the lemon segments. Add the squeezed segments to the baking tray with the chicken. Bake for 30 minutes. Combine Chinese five spice, honey, butter, chilli sauce, fish sauce and soy sauce and brush half of the mixture over the chicken. Bake for a further 25 minutes, glazing with the other half of the mixture with 10 minutes to go, until the chicken is glazed and caramelised. While chicken is resting, heat a frying pan over medium heat and put in remaining oil and 2 tablespoons of water. Add the cabbage, mix well and put the lid on for 3 minutes. Serve chicken on cabbage, scatter with the chives.
